伦敦眼

伦敦眼是世界上第一座观景摩天轮，总高度为135米，坐落在泰晤士河南岸，面向西敏寺，因为建成于1999年底，所以又称“千禧之轮”。

整座伦敦眼一共有32个舱，都装有空调，每个舱载客人数约25名，转一圈需要30分钟。原本伦敦眼只是为庆祝第二个千禧年的到来而建，计划5年之后拆除，但由于意外地大受国民和游客欢迎，当地议会最终决定长期保留之，现在已经成为伦敦地标之一。
